Welcome to Poway National Little League's 50th season of Little League baseball. We are thrilled to welcome new and returning players alike to another season of baseball and family fun.

PNLL recommends that players register for the divisions below based on their Little League age. For the Majors, Minor A, and Minor B divisions (the "upper divisions"), players are ultimately assigned to a division and team based upon a draft. The use of a draft in forming teams is required by Little League and is done so to achieve parity amongst the teams in each division. Based on the results of the draft, players may be assigned to a different division than the one they selected during registration. For example, a player who registered for Majors could be selected to play on a Minor A team, and a player who signed up for Minor A could be chosen to play on a Minor B team. All upper division players are required to attend an assessment so the team managers can evaluate players' abilities before the draft. There is no draft for T-Ball, Rookies or MAPS players.

Tee Ball: 4 - 6

Rookies (coach pitch): 6 - 8

MAPS (NEW TO PNLL!): 6 - 8

Minor B: 8 - 10 (Assessments are required)

Minor A: 9 - 11 (Assessments are required)

Majors: 10 - 12 (Assessments are required)

Intermediate (50/70): 13

Juniors (60/90): 13-14

Seniors (60/90): 14-16

Per Little League rule each team will be scheduled to play a minimum of 12 games. Games will be rescheduled to the best of the league's ability due to rainouts.

Through February teams will have a weekday practice and a Saturday practice. After Opening Ceremonies, Upper Division teams will move to 1 weekday game and 1 Saturday game with a weekday practice. Tee Ball, Rookies, and MAPS will have a weekday practice and Saturday games.

Pursuant to Little League rules, players are eligible to play at PNLL only if they reside or attend a school within PNLL league boundaries.
